This Blog is Pathetic … for now.

I apologize for this blog. It sucks. I wanted to make this post in hopes to help revive it.

Here are some revelations I have made over the past few weeks.

  • I am lame and am in need of a hobby. During the week all I do is eat (occassionally drink but we’ll get to that in a minute), sleep and work. I need something to do besides these three (or four) things. I am thinking I need to start running again or exercising, biking (would need to buy a bike first though) or hiking more. Something to get me off my ass when I get home from work. I’m open to suggestions.
  • Happy Hours ROCK. I have never appreciated something more than a nice cheap cold beer and half priced appetizers after a hard, long day of work. I have convinced my sales team from attending a happy hour once a week to now twice (and am working on thrice). And since we don’t get off work until 6 and aren’t able to make it to a place until 6:20 - 6:30 and most happy hours end at 7, we usually spend the first 30 - 40 minutes chugging as many beers as we can so we can get them for half price. I then return home to pass out. It’s glorious.
  • Michael Felix Nunez has found the perfect job for his “schedule.” Yes, that is correct. We all know Mike tends to be on the tardy side. Well, from what I understand, his current employers don’t tend to mind or at least don’t fire him for his tardiness. And it sounds like a pretty sweet job as well. I personally think he should push the limits and see how they’d react if he hit their car in the parking lot.
  • There’s something weird about Erik’s room. We all know how Erik sleeps on an air mattress in his room and doesn’t have a bed. Apparently, it’s comfortable. Well now, his subleaser Nick has taken this to the next extreme. He sleeps on the floor.
  • I can’t get enough LOST. Jess and I have started watching the entire series.

Well that is it for now. Please check back soon. Granted we aren’t traveling to Paris or running through Narnia so the posts aren’t necessarily going to always be about our day to day happenings in Columbia (we wouldn’t want to bore you) but hopefully mixed in with some interesting posts about various topics and worldly concerns. Adios.
